Hi ๐
For payments where you are confirming and then capturing the funds separately, the charge.succeeded event is fired when the confirmation succeeds. For this particular charge, it looks like it was not captured so the charge.captured event did not fire
So I should always use the charge.captured to check if a payment went through? What if the charge doesn't go through the uncaptured status? Will the charge.capture still be fired?
You should use charge.captured when you create Payment Intents with capture_method: "manual". When you use automatic capture then the charge.succeeded will be sufficient
Okay tysm!
Happy to help ๐
