Okay

yes this is already reviewed from our end, eventually it is not showing for the some of the devices yet

nova citrus

I see apple pay there, so your integration is configured correctly, and the issue must be a device issue

#

If you access that testing page on the same devices, does Apple Pay appear?

#

If the testing devices are located in India, Apple Pay will never show up, this is a limitation that is often overlooked

#

Can you share an example test payment intent that is paid from one of the devices that does not show apple pay? (ie, complete payment using the 4242 test card instead)

Does this issue occur due to the browser versioning ?

#

Safari 17+ (iPad & Mac)

#

Safari 18.x

@nova citrus can you please check this.

#

Apple Pay is not showing up on Safari iPad and Macbook devices.

nova citrus
#

Depending on the details of your integration, safar version can matter, yes. Specifically this matters if you're using an iframe and cross-origin domains

#

I don't see any iframing in your app, though

  • Allow applicable browsers to access your wallet.
-- Safari: Settings > Advanced > Allow websites to check for Apple Pay and Apple card
  • Don’t use a [...] Safari private window.
  • For Apple Pay, confirm your device supports biometric authentication.
(removing inapplicable chrome and location requirements if you say testing is happening in the US)
