Hi there,
unfortunately this is currently not possible. When using a local listener you can only receive events in your account's default API version or the latest API version.

Do you have any suggested workarounds for testing locally?

As a workaround you could use something like ngrok to get a url for a tunnel that you could use to register a webhook endpoint with the API version you need for your local test enviroment and have the tunnel foraward the events it receives from Stripe.

Yes, and I already did that 😉
But the product team has already responded that it would be a big lift, so it might take some time and we do not have a timeline when it will be available.
