๐Ÿ‘‹ Welcome to your new thread!

โฒ๏ธ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

โฑ๏ธ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

๐Ÿ”— This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1384217525805514894

๐Ÿ“ Have more to share? Add more details, code, screenshots, videos, etc. below.

Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

@rustic dove Hello, Sir

Hello ๐Ÿ‘‹

When I look at that page I only see bacs_debit.account_number and bacs_debit.sort_code as parameters.

Yes

#

But a couple of days ago I was told I (some other Stripe engineer in this channel did) would need to send the mandate information too

I looked through your chat with my colleague @vital nacelle and I didn't see any mention of passing mandate info. Can you be more specific about exactly what docs you were reviewing?

#

There

rustic dove
#

Did you talk to Stripe Support as was recommended?

charred apex
#

Yes. But while this gets sorted out with them, we want to start moving forward with our code. Is that OK?

rustic dove
#

It is not a public feature so I can't provide advice about it.

charred apex
#

Thank you, Sir

rustic dove
#

But again, I don't know for sure since this isn't a publicly available feature

#

However, if you are eager to understand how this might look once you have access, I recommend reviewing that parameter
