Hi, that is expected as cross border functionality is not supported.
We only support US platforms to send funds cross borders: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/cross-border-payouts
We document which countries we support payouts from EU Platform accounts here: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/payouts-connected-accounts. You can choose the country of your Platform account.
To send funds the way you'd like, you can use on_behalf_of with Destination Charges: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/destination-charges?platform=web&ui=stripe-hosted&fee-type=application-fee#settlement-merchant so the amounts settles on the Connected Account's currency.
You will not be able to use Transfer Create endpoint alone here

Is there any way you could change our platform from EU to US based ? So that all cross border trasnfers work ?
