Hi! I'm not entirely sure what might be going on here, but since this is a Public Preview, it's something you'll need to reach out to Support for help with: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true

That said: it doesn't look like there is any way to do this for Custom Accounts via the API: https://docs.stripe.com/crypto/stablecoin-payments#connect-support
