Hello, yes the invoice will use the associated Customer's billing address, so you can change their address to change what shows up on the invoice

Thank you, except that I don't want to change the customer's address, but that of the issuer, therefore the company that creates and edits the invoice, not the customer who receives it.
By default this takes the address that the user registered when he created his stripe connect account, except that I want to be able to allow the address that he entered on my application and not that of stripe when configuring the account

Gotcha, unfortunately it isn't possible to override the account's address info like that so the only option currently is for the account's address to be updated. I can file a feature request for this, but as far as I can see there isn't a way to do this now
