Only US is avalable.. but docu says its also working for Germany, and I have to get into the "Preview" Version... can someone activate that for me?

Making payouts to users outside the US is in private preview. If you’re interested in getting access, enter your email.
You should enter your account email by click the link on "enter your email"
The team running this preview will then be able to reach out to you if they're able to extend the feature to you.
