Can you share a screenshot of the UI you're seeing?
I suspect you're seeing Instant Bank payments by link - https://docs.stripe.com/payments/link/instant-bank-payments
If so, you can disable that by disabling link in your payment method settings

Yup, that's Instant Bank Payments by Link.
You'd want to turn off Link payment method under your payment method settings
