Can you share an example Setup Intent ID (seti_123) from your integration?
In general, paymentMethodOrder: ['card'] is only for payment method ordering. The one that controls what payment methods to be displayed is at Setup Intent. More specifically, if would only want card to be supported on a Setup Intent, I'd recommend setting payment_method_types to ['card'] in your integration instead of using automatic payment method (default): https://docs.stripe.com/api/setup_intents/create#create_setup_intent-payment_method_types
