@compact swift I looked and I can confirm the Display Name for BACS was set in the Dashboard by them/someone on May 20

I can't show you the API Request, it was made with an internal endpoint but I see it being set explicitly

I unfortunately do not know much about branding and I think you need to go back to support to get a definitive answer there on the impact on Mandates

does "internal endpoint" imply it was the" request for info" link that you can get from a dashboard when there are outstanding requriements for that account?

I was sent a screenshot from one of our Connected Account admins filling out a Stripe form like from that missing requirements. i can try and find that screenshot; because that sort of ties into my overall question anyway.

so, what should I have done? do i explicitly set the bacs.display_name property for them to "Stripe" so it won't be a missing requirement before i would be requesting the capability? and then it will be non-custom branded because of the magic word "Stripe" as the display_name?
