can't find it because the payout never happened

the request ID is generated regardless of whether or not the payout succeeds, if you follow the instructions in the link i sent you should be able to find it

ok, i think this is related to cross-border payouts, which is currently available to US countries only. let me double check a few things though....

no, there isn't currently a way to do this. it does look like we're working on a feature that will enable it and i can see about getting you added to the preview of it if you're interested

click the "contact support" button on the right side pannel and ask your question there
you have to interact with the stripe assistant bot for a bit but then you should be able to get to a person who can create the ticket for you
