đ Welcome to your new thread!
â˛ď¸ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.
âąď¸ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

hello! the answer might depend on which version of the API you're on. do you have an example request ID where you've tried getting this info but didn't see it?
if you share it i can check which API version you're on and maybe dig into the specific objects to see what data is there
actually i'm digging into it more and that might be dashboard specific right now... dashboard APIs often use different paths than our public APIs so they aren't at 100% parity
actually - i just figured it out. this is a preview feature currently, so to have it enabled outside of the dashboard your best bet is to reach out to your sales representative (if applicable) or our support team. the specific feature you're looking for is Card BIN data
https://support.stripe.com/ is how to contact support
oh hey that's progress, thank you! Yeah everything I could find including the TS types said it was "internal", but it just felt so weird for it to be available in dash but not over the API
I'll reach out and see what it would take to get access to this preview feature
sounds good, happy to help!
