this depends on the experimental treatment that you're getting
depending on a lot of customer factors, we decide to display some Payment Methods either in the Express Checkout or in the PaymentElement

Is there a way to opt out of experiments? We were actually planning on running an A/B on the checkout page regarding express buttons ourselves. The stripe test kind of conflicts with that
