@sweet siren unfortunately we don't have this in the API. It's been a top ask for many many years, I have pushed internally for it to be built many times and we have at least one beta that you might be able to get access to, but publicly it's not supported so it's not something you missed in the docs.
You likely should reach out to our support team at https://support.stripe.com/contact and ask if you can be added to the beta for this but there's a long waitlist ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

For reference, the reason I'm trying to pull this via API is that we're rolling prices and need to notify customers. I can pull all customer email addresses via the API, but ideally we'd like to notify the billing email address as well and without API access, we can't do that.

Further, we're building more self-service tools and without an API, we can't enable customers to enter a dedicated billing address. With only a primary email address, comms we send the account holder end up going to the billing folks as well if they use a single address for both purposes so we end up with guidance such as "use one email address for both then add a rule or a forwarder".

Sp, +1 for adding API support, but for now we'll just have to skip notifying dedicated billing addresses of price changes and hope nobody gets too upset ๐Ÿ™‚
