Hi there! Which account are you looking at? In these requests, you're registering domains on connected accounts, so you would need to look on those accounts - acct_1QAEm2EQI99Yw3ki, for example

For req_O90yvuxvkLgWWr, I am looking at acct_1Q2IW4GO3Swz33Up.

#

I just now double-checked the Developer logs -- req_O90yvuxvkLgWWr is there, but the domain is not.

#

Is that not the correct account I should be checking?

Hi hi! Iโ€™m going to be taking over for my colleague here. Where are you looking for this newly added domain? I ask beause you're adding it to a Connected Account, so I would expect to see it in the Connected Account's dashboard, but not in your Platform Account's dashboard.

I was looking for it in the Connected Account's dashboard.

#

I also have access to the Platform Account, but I do not see a "Payment Method Domains" page anywhere.

Looking...

Hmm, I don't see it. To clarify, I am looking inside the dashboard for acct_1QAEm2EQI99Yw3ki

Thanks!

Assuming the Stripe user you're logging in as has the correct permissions
I am logging in as Super Administrator for the said account.

So weird. Still digging.

Close to an answer, I think. ๐Ÿ™‚

Ok, so the overall is this: when you create a Payment Method Domain on a Connected Account, that domain is only available for the Platform that created it, and it won't ever be visible in their Dashboard - so this is the correct behaviour.

If you save the ID that the creation request returns, you can always retrieve it via the API, or you can list them via the API and you should see them there as well (though I didn't test that last thing I just said tbh)

No worries, I can test this on my own. If it doesn't work, I'll be back (Arnold voice).

But yeah, thank you so much. I was just worried that I was not doing domain registration properly. My interest in the matter is actually just checking that it was done correctly.

#

Thank you for getting me that answer!

You're very welcome! I had to ask someone smarter than me - luckily that's a large set of people - so learned something too. ๐Ÿ™‚

I gotta go, thanks again!
