Also, followup question if that's okay - do you happen to know if we can remove the by providing your card informatino, you allow ... text? Or is that legally required and something stripe will always inject?

That line is required when you pass setup_future_usage on the payment intent

Or if you use a setupintent

It lets the customer know that you're saving their payment method
