Hi! What do you mean by the refund takes time to succeed on sandbox? How long does it take? Do you have a payment ID (pi_) or request ID (req_xxx)? Here's how you can find it: https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request

Thanks for waiting! There is a current delay of around 4 hours for SEPA Debit test mode refund. I understand this is not ideal and we have provided the feedback to our internal team about this. They are currently looking into it.

Do you have any idea when Stripe will modify the value of refund Sepa validation

We have refund test in our CI and it's really helpful for us t know that the tests are green

unfortunatly our CI cannot wait 4 hours to validate the refund
