Can I confirm if you want to preserve a link when they visit the link or click on a button thet creates the link?

i want to open same link multiple times , till their onboarding is not completed

You cannot change the expiry. But you can use refresh_url as a workaround.

let say if i have created an link and my client started filling up the details and in between he close the browser left incomplete journey , now he want to open same link and should resume the journey

If you are to create a new link with the user's account ID it will bring them back to where they left.

You cannot use the same link once it expires. If creating the new link does the same thing as the previous, why is there an issue creating a new link?
