Ix this specifically about adjusting your code to change how things appear in the Stripe dashboard?
I'm less familiar with the dashboard side of things, since our team here focuses on helping developers work with our APIs and SDKs, but believe that column is driven by the description on the underlying Payment Intent object. How are you integrated with Stripe, are you using Invoicing or Billing at all, or are you just processing payments?
I removed your screenshot because I couldn't tell whether it was test data or real customer data, and this is a public forum, so I deleted it in case it was real data.

Gotcha, can you tell me more about how you're doing that? Are you creating Payment Intents?

basicly my customers book rooms on my website and they can pay securely thru stripe app

Have you tried changing the value you use for the description parameter when making a request to create the Payment Intent?

That's where I would suggest starting, and see if that changes what you see in the referenced column with the dashboard for these payments.
