👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1376957918963830957

Jobs from PROD

#

Also someone disabled the webhook without my knowledge

stray escarp
#

Hi! Let me have a look.

eager knot
#

Thank you - I just took a closer look and I think it might be actually because the scheduled queries have no data

#

Which does not surprise me as this is a new country we just expanded into

stray escarp
#

What's the evt ID there?

eager knot
#

there has been transactions over this period

#

I just confirmed with the business team

stray escarp
#

Ok, so there are multiple things happening here. Let's separate them.

  1. You created a webhook endpoint in your "dev Workado tenant", presumably in your testmode, or a Sandbox;
  2. You "migrated to production", which doesn't mean anything to me; and
  3. You are receiving messages about errors on a Webhook.

Please confirm item 1 is correct, tell me more about what item 2 means, and provide more details on the error you're getting in item 3.

#

Workato is an IPAAS solution which allows us to connect Stripe to Workday

#

we build recipes first in dev and then migrate them to prod, but I think the issue is more that the queries are not producing data when they should be

stray escarp
#

I just need the three specific pieces of information mentioned above.

#

Are you describing item 2?

eager knot
#

Yes, dev is a test tenant were we test to see if the recipe works and then we move it to a prodution environment

#

And I'm not sure if the errors are related to that move or that the queries are incorrect

stray escarp
#

And you also added the production Workado webhook endpoint to your Live Stripe account, ya?

#

I can't tell you why Workato is returning errors - you'll need to reach out to them about that.

eager knot
#

Workato isn't erroring

#

Stripe is

#

My queries aren't returning data when they should

#

We recently went live in Canada (US2) and I copied all the queries from US (US1) and the scheduled queries aren't returning data which is causing the webhook errors

stray escarp
#

We keep getting emails that the webhook is failing

Can you share the Account ID and any Event IDs from one of those emails please?

eager knot
#

Apologies for delays in responses, juggling some meetings

#

Where do I find the account ID or is that just Nextdoor-US2?

stray escarp
#

No problem. I'm looking for the IDs from the emails you keep getting about failing webhooks.

Sorry, what I meant was that I need, from you, the IDs from the email you mentioned earlier.

eager knot
#

I don't see any ids

stray escarp
#

In the email?

#

Search for acct_

eager knot
#

Nextdoor-US2 as I mentioned is the account

hi! fyi i'm taking over for timebox

eager knot
#

It was working successfully and our Dev environment, so I’m a little confused what happened here when we moved it to prod

stuck needle
#

hmm yeah, i don't know how much we'll be able to help here unfortunately - looking into a few of these it does look like the workato endpoint is returning 404 with an error Recipe not found or stopped
