Yes, but I would like to confirm regarding the keys being used: could using a restricted key potentially be the cause of the error?
No, it's nothing to do with your API keys โ the API request would fail and you'd get an error indicating that. This is just a generic decline from the bank โ maybe it's an issue at their end, have your customers tried speaking with their bank(s)?
I have already contacted the bank, and they told me that the issue is related to a formatting error on Stripe's side.
Then support is your best option
