Why do you expect it to be paid?
it is a subscription plan, only first payment gone through , second is draft and payment doesnot happen can seen subscription is cancelled
So why would the invoice be paid it there was no payment and the subscription is cancelled?
Overall confused as to what you're asking me. If you cancel the subscription, we don't automatically 'close' any open invoices - you'd need to void them manually to prevent payment if that's what you're asking
no thats not the case, subscription should not be cancelled, i am not sure why the second payment doesnt happen , need to get the reason for it, may be thts y susbscription got cancelled
we didnt cancel
i suspect that they retry settings may be to cancel immediately if payment fails, no grace period
