Hi, what is the request id you're getting this error? Here's how you can find a request ID: https://support.stripe.com/questions/finding-the-id-for-an-api-request
Request req_OQSh52Q3LePxoX
Sure, so po_1RS5WdIHjfsHPzfrpspqHsiv exists on acct_1ORYl1IHjfsHPzfr and your request used the keys of a different account (acct_1EhH0tIx6T7rpnrZ). As you said, it works when you pass Stripe-Acocunt header so unclear what is confusing?
I am doing that request in order to know the transfers and accounts. I only know the payout_id
That won't work though ā the Payout exists on a different account that is connected to your platform. You need to pass the Stripe-Account header: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/authentication
Is there a way for me to know that connected account on the web hook event "payout.reconciliation_completed"?
Not familar with that event, can you share an example? evt_xxx

OK, but do you have an example of that event?
Because if you receive the event on a Connect webhook, then the payload includes the account field: https://docs.stripe.com/api/events/object#event_object-account

No I don't. I'm using the stripe docs to map the events
So what event are you using to get the po_xxx ID you shared?
I know the payout ID comes in the event data. I used a payout from my stripe dashboard.
OK, then I think I answered your original question?
And then how you can get the acct_xxx ID of the account the payout belongs to from the event
Thank you stripe dev!š«”
