Hi, are you asking as a US Platform if you can have a Connected Account in Brazil? Or, something else?

There is a message from a customer and it is mentioned that Connected accounts in BR cannot be created by platforms in US. So I am a bit confused of how this works

I think it's express. For the request id I don't know for now. I just want to know if Brazil is allowed to connect with Stripe connect on a platform that is from USA.
As I checked on Stripe connect settings, I haven't seen Brazil on the list and maybe that is the problem
