From looking at the payment intent, it looks like a standard decline issue, https://docs.stripe.com/declines where the issuing bank just declined the payment. They would need to reach out to their issuing bank

We tested two out of three cards and got the same result. When we contacted the bank, they told us it was a formatting issue.

That’s already done. But in Stripe, isn’t there somewhere to configure region-specific settings, or a place to manually set the merchant reference, or something similar?
