Hey there, there is no automated way to achieve this currently. I think you can do it, but it will require making checks/updates to the invoice each month during the draft window.
Using either account or customer defaults, or Invoice templates, you can set a default footer: https://docs.stripe.com/invoicing/customize#footer-field
You'll need to set this to get a footer on the first invoice unless you offer a free trial.
Then for the renewals, you'll need a webhook set to handle invoice.created to action each new invoice during its draft period (before finalization) to clear/set that per-invoice footer based on the conditions you have.

So when I receive the invoice.created webhook, I have to edit the footer through code manually before the invoice finalize (1h by default), right?
