so when you attempt payment, usually there is a PaymentIntent created. The PaymentIntent will have the prefix pi_ in the it's id. I'm hoping you can share one such PaymentIntent id with me for the issue you described, so that I can take a closer look to see what I can find

this payment intent shows as expired now, but I’m quite sure that when it was displayed to the customer for payment, it was still in the incomplete state — not expired yet.
the expired status was automatically set by your system once the time limit was reached.
