This doesn't look like an interface that is built by Stripe. It seems be referring to webhook endpoint signing secrets but I cannot be certain because this isn't a Stripe-owned interface. I recommend reviewing our docs on Webhook endpoints here: https://docs.stripe.com/webhooks
This server is focused on developers writing code to integrate with the Stripe APIs directly.

If, after reviewing the doc, you are still uncertain, I recommend reaching out to the support for whatever platform you are using. Since it looks like they are building the integration with Stripe (or at least the webhooks part), they shoudl know exactly what information they need.
