The error first noticed in my development environment with Google Pay. Then I test the same thing from https://docs.stripe.com/elements/express-checkout-element. And gotten the same error OR_BIBED_08

okay, so it is an issue occurring in Stripe test environment for Google Pay, but not in production right?

Correct! I'd recommend just writing in at this point to be informed of when things are resolved
