What guide are you following exactly ? What Integration or Stripe product are you following ? Is it Mobile/Web ?

not sure about guide, because this integration was done few years ago
the payment intent was issued on the backend
and the payment dialog is used from stripe sdk for vuejs

Are you using Payment Request Button in your frontend or what product exactly ?

PaymentRequestButton is deprecated and legacy integration
I encourage you first to migrate to Express Checkout Element
As it uses the latest Google Pay APIs behind
And then try to test again and see if you are getting the OR_BIBED_08 error.
