There isn't Customer Sheet in web, but you can achieve something very similar using PaymentElement:

Yes we are already using PaymentElement.
Just noticed that there is no way to remove the card once saved.
The native apps seem to be getting the card management UI for "free", so we were wondering if there was a way to achieve it on web too without having to build extra UI

You should be able, there is an option to remove a saved card
