indeed, if you want to make recurring payments, you should directly use Subscriptions.

the recommendation is to use Checkout Session to create the Subscription. you can learn more about this here: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/build-subscriptions?platform=web&ui=stripe-hosted

this is generally higher converting then I guess compared to embedding it with stripe.js?

I had it set up embedded on the page so that I can have a checkbox to accept terms of service before they can buy

you can use Checkout Session embedded yes. that's completely up to you.

i havent used checkout session before i just sent a secret key to stripe and it loads the thing for me. is there any way to add a checkbox for accepting terms of service or etc. on the checkout session?
