to be clear, this isn't an issue with my stripe account
I'm just informing you of the problem
So not something I can take to support
Hope it is helpful
gotcha - i may have misread the question originally, sorry about that!
taking a look now
I was just finding it annoying that a bunch of our SaaS product receipts were going missing and ended up realizing it correlates with custom domains ๐
Example message ID, in case useful - 01000196eea726e3-6cb977cc-714d-4682-a1a0-1136f276c7ae-000000@email.amazonses.com
Hello
I don't believe this is something Stripe can handle. The email filters are applied by the Email provider.
Yes that's true, though obviously Google isn't exactly a niche email provider, and Google Groups doesn't have configurable spam options etc
It's probably just a good idea if the team responsible for the custom domains support is aware
As obviously for massive Stripe customers like Intercom, Sanity etc, it's not ideal. And it's super common to use Google Groups specifically for SaaS invoices/receipts
So this will be affecting a lot of people
I've suggested to Sanity in the meantime that they consider just switching back to the regular Stripe email setting
Anyway not really my problem, we don't use custom domains on our account, but I would suggest passing on the info as it may be helpful
I looked and we haven't seen any additional reports around this so I suspect this is an isolated instance but thank you for reporting it.
