Hello, what payment method are you testing here? I can take a look, but on this server we mostly know about the API so I may need to send you to support to look further into why something was implemented a certain way

i tried to do a payment myself with nordea Visa

Unfortunately I'm not finding info on this. I know that in other parts of the world needing a bank ID is not a common practice but don't know the norms here. If you reach out to our support they may be able to look further here https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
