hello! our team generally doesn't know a lot about the contents of specific reports - for that we might need to direct you to the regular support flow. but i can take an initial look to see if there's anything glaringly wrong about the requests.

is there any chance you have an example request ID from one of the report runs you've done, for both the create call and the retrieve call?

Thanks! The reports come back with the header but no data, i.e.:

"balance_transaction_id","created_utc","available_on_utc","currency","gross","fee","net","reporting_category","description"

finding the requestIDs

I am not calling those endpoints, /report_run/create and /report_run/retrieve. Should I be?

These are from mw using test mode last friday:

  • req_bFGakWovcYe1HY (creating report run)
  • req_EbjhLEbEYbW6b1 (polling for report run status)

I have tried, but haven't been able to make the reports for just a single payout for a connected account

do you have any docs on how i can use the UI to download itemized payout reports for connected accounts?

i think at this point it might be best to point you to our support team since they know a lot more about reporting and will be better equipped to help you out here, do you mind if i send you info on how to file a ticket with them?
