Hi 👋 if you were using testmode keys in your integration, then you integration was running in testmode and no real payments would have been made.

I tested out and if I use a real card on test mode it gets rejected, why Apple Pay goes through anyway?

Because when using Apple Pay in testemode, we swap the card out for our 4242 test card behind the scenes:
