What's the contents of the email? Is Systeme.io a plugin that controls how you integrate with Stripe?
Systeme.io is marketing software, this is where I use marketing funnels, sell my courses and do my e-mail marketing. Systeme has a Stripe iDeal integration, this is how I can receive payments.
The e-mail I got from Stripe says something in Dutch that I will try to translate, google translation is:
We would like to remind you that you must update the iDEAL integration in your checkout environment before May 30, 2025. If your integration has not been updated by this date, iDEAL may disable your iDEAL payments and impose a fine for non-compliance.
So update your iDEAL integration before May 30, 2025. You can do this in a few steps.
And the end of the e-mail says:
This email is for your Stripe account for COURSE.

Then you will likely need to speak with Systeme.io yes. If your Stripe integration is handled by them, and you don't write/maintain and Stripe code directly then we cannot help you
The email is in relation to a deprecation of the iDEAL Element which I guess Systeme.io uses
Find help and support for Stripe. Our support site provides answers on all types of situations, including account information, charges and refunds, and subscriptions information. Get your questions answered and find international support for Stripe.
It's probably worth sending them that. There's nothing you can do if you personally don't maintain your Stripe integration/code
