july 14 vs june 14 at period end dates
Hi there - it doesn't look like that is the full billing portal session id - I'm not able to open that. Could you maybe give me the Billing Portal Configuration id?
You would need to enable the option to cancel immediately in the Billing Portal Configuration using this parameter in the configuration: https://docs.stripe.com/api/customer_portal/configurations/object?api-version=2024-10-28.acacia&lang=node#portal_configuration_object-features-subscription_cancel-mode

Hi hi! Iโm going to be taking over for my colleague here. Let me have a peek.
I wonder if it's just a visual thing and when I do press cancel it will end up working as intended but I don't want to touch it yet incase you're taking a look rn
Still looking.
I am almost certain it's just a bug in how the "Cancel your subscription" page is rendered, and doesn't affect the actual date (which should match what you provided).
I'm going to reach out to the folks who work on this and let them know.
Ok, awesome - thank you. I'll pass all this along and we'll get it sorted. ๐
Are you still around?
yes
It's fine - I thought a thing might be a thing but it wasn't. ๐
I'll work on getting this sorted. ๐
lol
