When you say "available credits" what do you mean exactly?
Do you mean the Customer Invoice Balance?
So it the Invoice you referred to was finalized Apr 25, 2025, 10:12 AM but the Customer had their Invoice Balance adjusted at 10:22, see: https://dashboard.stripe.com/logs/req_tjl7SJQgv7dfud
So that is why that credit balance was not applied to the Invoice
If you want to adjust the amount of the Invoice after it has been finalized then you want to use a Credit note: https://docs.stripe.com/invoicing/dashboard/credit-notes

@orchid canopy just to clarify as long as theres an existing customer invoice balance it will apply to all newly created invoices?
