👋 Welcome to your new thread!
⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.
⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.
🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1371950627680419870

Hi, are you able to clarify what you expect to see vs. what you're seeing? Are you generally asking why this event, evt_1RNZJRCVZ7qJa6Qin1CL98be is failing to be sent to your webhook endpoint? Or, something else?
I'm asking why I received this event? evt_1RNZJRCVZ7qJa6Qin1CL98be
this event is not processed by my platform
this is the event coming from one of my connected account
That is because you are listening to your Connect Event on we_0LAEJcWD9s8nm2 that you set up in 2012
You can learn more about it here: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/webhooks
sure, but these events processed by someone else not by my platform account?
so why I'm seeing data not belongs to my platform?
Hi hi! I’m going to be taking over for my colleague here. You have a Connect webhook endpoint set up, so you receive any events you subscribe to on your Connected Accounts, no matter where or how they are generated.
is this not against the complaince?
just checking to make sure as we are pci compliant
No, PCI compliance is specifically about the handling of credit card numbers.
Ok. Thank you!
