Not straightforward, we have a registration flow -

When prompted to enter credit card, South African users complain they cant enter valid zip.

If you can provide a test South African card, I can try to reproduce in test environment.

We also wont have a record of the clients credit cards. Any suggestion on who else we can ask for assistance?

Just let them know that ZA postcodes have four digits and that doesn't work with any of the existing test cards, and you'd like to be able to confirm with a test card that it behaves as expected.
