Thanks.

This would be the ideal scenario - or some way to convert the currency from GBP -> EUR first before payout out to the EUR bank account via the API (like you can manually do via the web interface)

So one thing that I found is that the user can change their default currency in the express dashboard, I don't think there is a way for the platform to change it but I'm still looking. Also I'm not finding that conversion API that was mentioned

#

And I did confirm that once they set their default currency to EUR, any funds that you send their way that they don't have a bank account in should get converted to EUR

Okay thank you very much for looking. I am wondering if the option to change default currency is not visible due to the fact this user only has one bank account in one currency. I've just been testing in the test environment. With two bank accounts in different currencies you can see it, but with just one currency it doesn't appear (see screenshots)

Interesting. I must have just seen that because I had two accounts on my test account, seeing what you can do here

I have reached out to my colleagues on this, apologies for the delay. I think worst case would be the accountholder reaching out to our support to set this, but I'm trying to see if there is an easier way first

#

Yeah it looks like at the moment they will need to either reach out to our support or add a GBP account, switch their default currency, and then remove the GBP account. I will file feedback around this, I don't think that should be required. But that is where our express dashboard's capabilities are at the moment

Okay, thank you for investigating - I will let that user know.

I tried a payout by specifying destination bank account and it seemed to work okay, so that might be the solution for now too. Just to confirm; by doing this, it results in a 1% conversion fee?
