hello! we normally don't help with dashboard specific issues like this, but given that you're not able to get in contact with our support team let me see if i can figure out how to help you

#

is there any chance you know your stripe account ID? it starts with acct_. if not i can see if i can look it up

#

can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing too?

Thanks so much, solanum – I really appreciate your help.

Here’s what’s happening:

  • My Stripe Dashboard is completely broken across all browsers and devices
  • Buttons like “Business Info” or “Branding” don’t respond at all
  • In the browser console I’m seeing:
    • Dozens of errors pointing to sourcemaps.corp.stripe.com (requires client certificate)
    • r.stripe.com blocked by CORS (403 errors)
    • Content-Security-Policy frame violations
  • Even https://support.stripe.com is broken for me (same CDN issues, buttons don’t work)

I tried everything: clearing cache/cookies, incognito, Cloudflare DNS, VPN from different countries, mobile hotspot – nothing changes. It looks like I’m being served an internal debug version of the dashboard.

I literally cannot reach support in any way – everything fails.

Can you please escalate this to the dashboard or platform/CDN team?

My Stripe account email is: info@fordjonly.com
i didnt see a stripe account ID

Here is a screenshot !!!

ok - so you are able to load the dashboard from the looks of things, but just specific actions within the dashboard are resulting in errors. is that right?

feral spade
#

Yes, that’s correct.

The dashboard itself loads – I can log in and see the UI –
but specific actions like clicking “Business Info”, “Branding”, or trying to access support don’t work at all.

Clicking those buttons does nothing, and in the console I get:

  • Dozens of requests to sourcemaps.corp.stripe.com → fail with “client certificate required”
  • CORS errors for r.stripe.com (403)
  • Frame and Content-Security-Policy violations
  • Even support.stripe.com has the same issues – I can’t submit anything there either

So it looks like the base UI loads, but key features are broken because the dashboard is loading a debug/internal build or broken assets.

also regarding the account ID, can you try going here (assuming it loads) and see if you can find the account ID for me there? it should show under the "Accounts" section
https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/user

feral spade
#

here is the account id acct_1KUpBpEp6Av4eLA7

cinder parrot
#

thank you - taking a look now

feral spade
#

thank you too !!!

cinder parrot
#

or do you have to click on something before you see the errors?

#

also do you know how to look at logs in the network tab? it might be helpful if i can see which specific call is returning the error

feral spade
#

so i see many erros when i load this site !!! here the screenshots !!!

#

I just reloaded the page and didn't click on anything!!
Yes, I can try. My English isn't the best for forming complex sentences. Please bear with me if it takes a while.

cinder parrot
#

sorry - it's still a little unclear what specifically you're trying to do. can you share the exact order of events you're doing and what isn't working? the console errors aren't super helpful right now. what i want is something like this -

  1. Go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/business-details
  2. Click on ??? button
  3. Encounter ??? error

I want to edit the company data, public details, for example, on the page. But when I click the edit button, nothing happens. No window opens to edit anything either! And nothing is displayed in the console, nor is an event triggered to indicate that I clicked the edit button?!?! I'm using Safari 17.6. Other dashboard functions aren't working properly either. This isn't the only issue, but it's what I noticed most because I wanted to edit it! I hope this makes it a little clearer 🙂

cinder parrot
#

ok cool, that does help clarify things - thank you!

#

have you tried accessing it on a different device?

#

or a mobile phone?

feral spade
#

I've tried other browsers like Firefox and Chrome, but I have the same problem everywhere. I've also tried solving the problem using a different internet connection via a hotspot, but it still persists! What I haven't tried yet is accessing the site directly on my mobile and editing it?!??!

cinder parrot
#

can you give that a shot and let me know if it works?

feral spade
#

Sure, give me a moment, I'll test it right away!

#

The assistant seems to work on mobile

cinder parrot
#

ok cool! that's good to hear. do you have any other computers available? i'm wondering if you can access the dashboard through those

#

and since you're able to access the support site on your mobile device, do you want to try creating a ticket with them? i don't think this is a widespread issue based on some investigation so i think it will be good for our support team to take a look at your specific case

feral spade
#

Yes, I still have a MacBook that is available to me!!!
Ok, I can do that, but do I have to go through the wizard or is there another way to open a ticket there?!?!?

cinder parrot
#

it's been a while since i've seen the process but i think you do need to go through the wizard
