hey there, we can't really speak to Apple's terms and policies
You'll need to interpret that with your legal counsel and work with Apple during the app approval process
Maybe it would be best if I were to use SetupIntents to save customer payment method and charge them at a later date as long as they consent?
Is there any gotchas with this? What does Stripe consider valid consent?
We match users with games and then charge them once they get slotted in, it could be anywhere from the same week, up to 4 weeks from when they submitted their availability preferences in app. Based in Canada.
