Are you sure the feature was enabled before you made the API call? Have you attempted making similar calls recently/today?
Oh okay so it seems to be working now? We did raise a support request and they said it was already enabled so assumed it wouldnt work again... This must have been enabled at some point the last couple of days. Thank you for your help
I can't confirm it's working. You need to try sending the same request and see if you get the same error message or not
However, I can confirm that I see that the feature is enabled. If you still get errors, please let me know and I will investigate it.
Yeah I tried and it seems to be working now with no errors so am happy, just confused if it was already enabled according to support
