Because their Webhook endpoint responded successfully for that Event

You can see this down at the bottom of the Dashboard when looking at the Events under Webhook attempts

Ah, yes, that's the response from their Webhook endpoint which is why that Invoice was paid

But if you look at evt_1RLzA5CPNFWzQIezX3z6siEs you will see they didn't respond successfully and instead returned an error

This is so frustating . We are stuck and no way to find solution. we facing payment issue . My client is not getting payment in her account due to samcart.
