You can set interval_start and interval_end when you create a Report Run: https://docs.stripe.com/api/reporting/report_run/create#create_reporting_report_run-parameters-interval_start

I have check this, we can set the interval_start and interval_end, but for running the report type -> ending_balance_reconciliation.itemized.4 its not taking interval_start. we need data between specified dates

Perhaps some report type don't allow specifying the period. My engineering team doesn't know much about each individual report type, so I would suggest asking Stripe Support: https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
