Hi! Looking into this!
Do you have the previous subscription ID and the request ID (starts with req_) which created a new subscription?
I do have a subscription id in my db as it is the current running subscription
This is the guide to use Subscription Schedules to change a subscription at the end of a billing cycle: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/subscription-schedules/use-cases#changing-subscriptions
Do you have the request ID for when you used Subscription Schedules to update the subscription?
Let me read the above doc , hopefully that would resolve my issue .
