You can follow this doc - https://docs.stripe.com/expand/use-cases#stripe-fee-for-payment but since you're working with direct charges, the objects are created on the connected account. So you'd also need to add Stripe-Account header as shown in - https://docs.stripe.com/connect/authentication#stripe-account-header
We generally don't recommend using Direct Charges with Express accounts.

What I want is platform need to get application fee amount and stripe fee must pay from express account
